I'm having this exact same crash as well, nothing I have attempted has managed to fix it.

I've tried setting both MO and the SKSE loader to run as administrator, plus I've set the entire drive that Skyrim is on to shared, thinking that it might help.

MO and Skyrim itself are in different drives, I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I'm on Windows 10 using Mod Organizer to launch my Skyrim mods. I'm guessing it's something to do with Windows, itself, so I don't know if anyone is experienced with how to solve this issue.
